ZOGY FOR BUSINESS

Better links outside your company. Less searching inside it.

Use Zogy to share campaigns with customers, or use Company Links to give employees a private directory of memorable shortcuts. Choose the offering that fits the job.

01

For customers: a hosted campaign workspace

Create editable short links, campaign parameters, branded QR codes and link pages. Organize work with tags and folders, invite teammates with roles, and export recorded activity. Sign in to the hosted Zogy workspace to start with free four-character or longer codes.

02

For employees: company-controlled shortcuts

Let Zogy host your private directory, or run the portable package on company infrastructure. Each company has its own namespace, so several companies can use go/handbook with different destinations. Hosted access uses current workspace membership. Native internal hostnames need a company gateway or browser policy; DNS alone does not select a tenant on a shared router.

03

Move between hosting models

Start with 20 workspace members and 1,000 hosted aliases. Export a portable directory, preview its destination company and merge it into a self-hosted installation. Explicit roles, revision checks, audit history and opt-in aggregate counts support day-to-day administration. The extension is development source with expiring read-only sync.

04

Know the current rollout boundary

Managed extension distribution, SCIM lifecycle, signed automatic updates and corporate licensing are not commercially available yet. The source package and included hosted directory do not imply a paid enterprise licence. Public short-code purchases do not license a company installation.

Host with Zogy. Move in-house when you choose.

Open your private company workspace, try the two-company demo and review the portable self-hosted package.

Before you start

Does Company Links require a zo.gy subdomain?

No. Hosted companies receive separate private directory addresses. Self-hosted companies configure their own infrastructure and internal hostnames. Neither model requires purchasing a public zo.gy name.

Can /alias work on any website?

A bare /alias is relative to the current website. Use an internal hostname or a browser keyword/managed extension for reliable shortcuts. DNS does not rewrite arbitrary website paths.

Does the extension bypass our VPN?

No. Cached shortcuts do not grant access to private destinations. VPN, destination permissions and company access rules still apply.
