Open your company links from the address bar.
Open go/handbook from the address bar with the optional go hostname setting, or type go, press Tab and enter handbook. The Company Links extension resolves shortcuts from a short-lived copy of your private directory.

Before you start
Does go/handbook work away from company DNS?
Yes, in a connected browser profile with go addresses enabled and a current directory snapshot. If the address bar treats it as a search, enter http://go/handbook or use go followed by Tab.
Can it open resources that need a VPN?
The extension resolves the shortcut. The destination still applies its normal sign-in, VPN and access requirements.
